WORKOUTS

Looking to sculpt your dream body and turn heads everywhere you go?

 

Our weight training program is the perfect solution! With workouts specifically designed to help you lose body fat, tone up, and build curves in all the right places, you'll be amazed at the transformation you'll see in the mirror!

You'll be given a workout plan through our app, that includes 4 weight training sessions per week. Stick to this training program to see amazing results in just a few short weeks. 

​

You will need a gym membership for this program.

NUTRITION

Fueling your body with nutritious foods is key to achieving your fitness goals.

 

Our comprehensive nutritional coaching is designed to help you lose body fat, gain muscle, and improve your overall health.

​

We do NOT believe in giving you a strict meal plan to follow. We do NOT believe in restricting or shaming you for your food choices. We do NOT believe in counting calories. We do believe in moderation, there is a place for everything. 

​

In this program you will learn how to eat properly. This includes learning how to eat enough protein, carbohydrates, fiber, fats, fruits, and vegetables.

 

We teach nutritional habits to ensure you gain the knowledge you need to never go on a diet again. 

Healthy Food

ACCOUNTABILITY

You will be held EXTREMELY accountable.

This program is designed to keep you on track and motivated throughout your fitness journey.

Our community of like-minded women will support and encourage you every step of the way. Your success in this program is also the success of others. You must be active in the community. 

 

Accountability comes in many forms but here are the main ways we will hold you accountable:

CHECK INS

Regular weekly check-ins are essential for tracking your progress and making sure the program is working for you.

 

Plus, they're a chance for us to connect and make sure you're getting the support you need to reach your goals.

If you miss 3 check-ins, you will be removed from the program. These are vital to your success. 

FOOD TRACKING

By uploading what you eat daily, you're taking an important step towards understanding your eating habits and making healthier choices.

 

Plus, it's a great way to stay motivated and hold yourself accountable.

​​Food tracking is not enforced, it is recommended to keep yourself accountable.

 

PROGRESS PHOTOS + MEASUREMENTS

Your weekly progress photos and biweekly measurements are an essential part of your weekly check-in.

 

They'll help us monitor your progress and celebrate your physical successes as you work towards your goals.

SWEATY SELFIES

Celebrate your hard work by taking a "sweaty selfie" after each workout and sharing it in our group chat.

 

Not only will this help you stay accountable, but it's also a chance to motivate and inspire the community!
